ReSell™ is a comprehensive framework where Auriga and the property owner take joint active responsibility for how a property is analysed, prepared and positioned on the market.

The model combines:

  • professional valuation and market analysis

  • review and structuring of legal documentation

  • new floor plans and design optimisation when required

  • photorealistic 3D renderings that visualise the property’s potential

  • premium photography, video and marketing

The objective is simple:
to help buyers understand the true value of the property – not just how it appears today.

When Auriga undertakes a ReSell™ mandate, we invest our own resources in building a complete analytical and presentation foundation before the property is offered for sale.

We analyse market data, comparable sales, target audience and development potential.
The outcome is a clear baseline assessment and a recommended target price based on both current condition and realistic upside.

Step 2 – Floor plans & design optimisation

Architecturally accurate floor plans are prepared to:

  • present alternative layout options

  • visualise renovation and usage potential

Step 3 – Photorealistic 3D renderings

ReSell™ Commitment Fee

To initiate the ReSell™ process, a one-time commitment fee of €3,000 applies.

The fee ensures mutual commitment and enables Auriga to invest fully in analysis, visualisation and market positioning from day one.

Upon successful sale, the full amount is deducted from the commission.

The ReSell™ Guarantee

If the property is not sold at the agreed target price within the agreed timeframe:

  • all produced material remains with the owner at no additional cost

  • no hidden fees apply

This means Auriga shares the risk – not just the commission.
